My 10th time at the festival and this was one of the best. Muse were outstanding as were 30STM, Stone Sour, Dommin and Halestorm. Some very good performances from Slash, The Editors, We are the fallen and Airbourne made the weekend one to remember. Lots of sun and beer only dampened by a few showers on the Sunday. Cant wait for 2011

My 3rd time to this festival, not to bad for a wrinkly 52yr old. Just knocks the spots off anything the UK has to offer. Better organised, cheaper, better food and drink.
Highlights for me were in no particular order, Muse, Gossip, 30 Seconds to Mars, We are The fallen, Kiss.
Disappointed that The Editors were further up the billing than Kasabian, as IMHO they are not as strong as the latter, but I suppose it’s all to do with popularity in the host country.
Now waiting with bated breath for next years tickets to go on sale. Hopefully I have a few more years in me yet to return to this great event.

My 12th time at this festival and when you realise that I only live 20 mins from Donington and Download it says how I feel about this festival. We are always made very welcome by the locals and have a great time.
Kiss did exactly what it said on the tin. For me the highlights were Slash, Them Crooked Vultures, Slayer ( a suprise for me) Muse, Airborne and the lead singer dangling from the top of lighting rig (MAD MAD MAD)Kasabian.
Rammstein lost out to the weather which in my opinion prevented them from pulling out all the stops. 3 of the 4 days had been red hot but we had wind and occassional showers on the Sunday which didn’t help Rammstein. I still thought they were great but I saw them indoors a few weeks before and they had more impact then.

This is just a cool festival that I have loved eversince my first visit way back in 94. Rock Am Ring Rocks!!!!

kamelot,Slash and We Are The Fallen were astounding.

Good to have flush loos this time.

Food and drink prices were good value.

Were Dommin playing? Sad that Wolfmother couldn’t make it.

My 2nd Rock AM Ring. Drove over from England and arrived Wednesday morning.

Once again it was fantastic.. Wish i could have gone on the Jagermeister Hochsitz… but shit happens.

I’ll be back… BRING ON ROCK AM RING 2011!
